Janesville Youth Softball

 

It is our mission at Janesville Youth Baseball & Softball Association (JYBSA) to provide a safe, enjoyable and rewarding opportunity for boys and girls ages 7 to 15 to participate in the great sport of baseball/softball. All registered players will be placed on a team and no player will be cut. Our purpose is in the development of fundamental baseball/softball skills and the importance of good sportsmanship, but in so doing we also look to achieve a greater objective: to assist in shaping the overall progression of these boys and girls into honorable and contributing members of our community through the values of courage and teamwork. The fulfillment of exceptional athletic skills or the winning of ball games shall be secondary to our primary goal of developing ethical citizens.
